Hybuys is looking for a Customer Support Center employee.

Working hours: 10:00-19:00

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, online chats, make outgoing calls, follow messages on social medias.

• Determine customer needs and present the services provided by the organization

• Help customers to use Hybuys

• Explain the features, characteristics and benefits of the services offered by the company

• Handle customer complaints and offer the best solution

• Continuous training of new employees to improve quality

• Follow constant updates.

Required Skills

• Work experience of at least one year

• Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages.

•Computer knowledge

• Team worker

• Polite attitude towards customers

• Honesty and diligence
