Account manager, project manager or customer service manager experience (preferably in the B2B sector: marketing, IT, website development, advertising, CRM systems);
Office work
Working hours: 10:00-19:00
Job duties
• Proper referral of customers who are in subscriber status on the online platform
• Interaction with customers regarding their activities
• Monitoring the implementation of reports and future plans
• Defining tasks for team specialists and controlling quality and deadlines
Providing assistance to clients or team members in solving problems arising in the work process
• Partner performance analysis and search for additional tools
• Participation in the planning of future actions to achieve strategies and results,
• Offer, sale of additional services to the client
• Organization of cross-marketing between partners
• Full customer support, increasing our work efficiency and, accordingly, customer loyalty
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the basics of digital marketing will be considered an advantage (principles of using advertising sources: Poison, Google, Instagram, SEO; advertising analysis, CRM systems)
Necessary skills
• At least one year of service experience
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
• Computer knowledge
• Team worker
• Courteous and compassionate approach to customers
• Honesty and diligence
