Chapter 1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions define and regulate the legal relationship regarding the services provided by Netreex GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “We”, “Netreex”, “Organization”) via its website www.hybuys.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The exclusive use of masculine or feminine forms in these Terms serves only to standardize the presentation and improve readability. All references apply equally to all genders.
By using any service of the Website or downloading content, in whole or in part, you as a user (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “You”, “Your”, “Customer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” or “Agreement”), regardless of whether you are a registered user, a customer, or merely a visitor.
If you open an account on the Website or use the services, you agree to these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the services and refrain from registering on the Website.
The Company is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
unfavorable weather conditions,
delays caused by sellers,
public restrictions,
other unavoidable obstacles.
Delivery times are calculated only after the parcel has arrived at the international warehouse.
The Company is not responsible for the quality of delivered items if any change in quality did not occur while the goods were on the Company’s premises.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Website with an indication of the date of the last modification. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review the Terms. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Delivery days are calculated after the parcel arrives at the warehouse.
Refunds for incorrect purchases are made to the RA office account, provided the error is proven by an invoice.
The purchase or delivery of goods containing liquids from the United Kingdom is not permitted.
Parcels containing liquids are delivered:
from Germany within up to 20 business days;
from Spain within up to 25 business days.
Orders are accepted for transportation in packaged form. However, the Company reserves the right to inspect packaged orders to exclude prohibited goods and, if necessary, to repackage them to prevent additional weight.
Chapter 2. CONTRACTING ACTIVITIES
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the Services under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are not legally authorized to use the Services independently, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal representative.
If you represent a legal entity, you confirm that you possess all necessary authority to act on its behalf. The Company does not verify such authority and bears no responsibility for false declarations. Any breach remains the sole responsibility of the User.
Chapter 3. NETREEX SERVICES AND THEIR PROCEDURES
Netreex GmbH operates an international purchasing and resale model.
Upon customer request and based on product links or references provided via the Website, Netreex GmbH purchases goods from third-party sellers in its own name and for its own account.
Upon delivery by the third-party seller to Netreex GmbH or its designated warehouse, Netreex GmbH becomes the legal and economic owner of the goods.
Netreex GmbH subsequently resells the goods to the Customer under these Terms.
Netreex GmbH does not act as an agent, broker, or representative of the Customer.
Services include, but are not limited to:
purchasing goods from third parties;
acquiring ownership of goods;
warehousing and handling;
resale to the Customer;
organizing export and delivery to a carrier selected by the Customer.
Netreex GmbH provides services exclusively to customers residing outside the European Union. Customers acknowledge that goods are exported from the European Union.
Chapter 4. LINKING TO THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS / LIABILITY
Product references on the Website may relate to goods offered by third-party sellers.
Netreex GmbH purchases such goods and resells them as the contractual seller.
Netreex GmbH is not the manufacturer of the goods. Manufacturer warranties remain unaffected.
Netreex GmbH is not liable for defects or quality changes occurring after handover to the carrier or caused by transportation, customs procedures, or third parties.
Chapter 5. USE OF THE WEBSITE & PRIVACY POLICY
The Website may be used without registration. Full access to services requires account registration.
Each User may maintain only one account and is responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities conducted under the account.
In case of suspected account compromise, the User must notify the Company immediately. The Company may temporarily block the account and bears no responsibility for unauthorized actions taken via the User’s account.

Chapter 6. PROCESSING ORDERS
Orders are placed through the User’s online account using available payment methods.
The Company reserves the right to:
select delivery operators;
refuse service;
recalculate tariffs due to force majeure;
require full prepayment.
Insurance may be arranged by the Customer at their own expense.
Chapter 7. RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED GOODS
The Company may refuse transportation of prohibited goods. Netreex is not responsible for verifying legality.
Prohibited goods include:
weapons and ammunition;
works of historical art;
precious metals;
currency;
explosives or flammable materials;
live plants or animals;
any goods prohibited by law or carriers.
The Company may inspect packages and open original packaging if necessary.
Chapter 8. SHIPPING & PACKAGING
Delivery is made on an EXW (Ex Works) basis at Netreex’s warehouse.
The risk transfers to the Customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
Netreex may repackage or consolidate shipments. Any additional costs are borne by the Customer.
Chapter 9. CUSTOMS
The Customer is solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, permits, and compliance with import regulations.
Netreex does not provide customs clearance services.
Contractual obligations are fulfilled upon dispatch after full payment.
Any losses due to non-compliance must be reimbursed by the Customer.
Chapter 10. DELIVERY
Delivery occurs upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
The risk transfers to the Customer at that moment.
Undeliverable goods may be disposed of after a reasonable storage period.
Chapter 11. TERMS OF PAYMENT
All charges constitute the purchase price of goods sold by Netreex.
Payments are consideration for resale and are not reimbursements.
Invoices are issued net of VAT where applicable.
Delivery is withheld until full payment is received.
Chapter 12. OFFSETTING, OWNERSHIP & RETENTION OF TITLE
Offsetting is excluded unless legally established.
Retention rights are excluded.
Ownership transfers to the Customer only after:
full payment of all amounts due;
dispatch of goods for export.
Retention of title applies regardless of destination.
Chapter 13. COMPLAINTS & COMPENSATION
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days and include supporting proof.
Netreex responds within 30 days. Compensation is paid within 30 days after acceptance.
Recovered goods must be repaid within 30 days. Failure to do so may result in permanent account blocking.
Chapter 14. PENALTY
False statements damaging Netreex’s reputation may result in contractual penalties.
Chapter 15. TERMINATION
Customers may terminate the Agreement at any time after fulfilling all obligations.
Termination requires written notice and results in forfeiture of cashback bonuses.
Netreex may terminate the Agreement without cause after fulfilling its obligations.
Chapter 16. PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Armenian law applies exclusively.
Jurisdiction: Yerevan, Armenia.
